GFRWC October Meeting with Ben Coker

Please join the Greater Fayette Republican Women's Club for our next monthly meeting on October 5th at 5:30 pm at Green Ginger, located at 200 Market Place Connector in Peachtree City.


Our featured speaker for the evening will be Griffin Judicial Circuit District Attorney Ben Coker. As the elected District Attorney for the Griffin Judicial Circuit, Ben Coker prosecutes all criminal cases in Fayette, Pike, Spalding, and Upson counties. The cases he has prosecuted include murders, child molestation, armed robberies, complex drug cases, property crimes and other crimes against persons.
Please plan to arrive by 5:30 pm to Green Ginger to allow time to order food before the speaker begins. Guests are welcome and membership is extended to all women who support the objectives of our organization and those of the Republican Party!

Greater Fayette Republican Women's Club - September

Please join the Greater Fayette Republican Women's Club for our September monthly meeting, featuring Henry County Commissioner June Wood.


We will be meeting September 7 at 11:00 am at the Village Cafe:

June Wood was elected as Chair of the Henry County Board of Commissioners in the December 6, 2016, General Election run-off.

Active in the Henry County community for many years in various civic, educational and business endeavors, she also spent more than 26 years in a career with Georgia Power. She served as the co-leader of Henry County’s Economics & Education (E2) Initiative which mobilized over 100 Henry County elected and appointed leaders, school system representatives, businesses, and other community stakeholders to improve student academic performance and workforce development.

Wood has been featured in Southern Journal magazine as a “Woman of Substance” and in the We Are Clayton magazine for her community leadership. In 2013, Wood was presented House Resolution 775 by the Georgia House of Representatives for her leadership of economic development in the community, and in 2014, Wood was presented Senate Resolution 786 recognizing and commending her retirement, leadership and deep personal commitment to the welfare of the citizens of Georgia.

Guests are welcome and membership the Greater Fayette Republican Women's Club is extended to all women who support the objectives of our organization and those of the Republican Party.

GFRWC Hosts Meet & Greet

August 4th, 2017 

The Greater Fayette Republican Women's Club hosted a meet and greet with Congressman Drew Ferguson (GA-3) and 2018 state-level candidates. Attendees included: Gubernatorial candidate Michael Williams, Lt. Governor candidates Geoff Duncan and David Shafer, and Secretary of State candidates Buzz Brockway and Josh McKoon, and Sam Teasley, representing gubernatorial candidate Hunter Hill. Saturday, January 6, 2018 is coming up fast! Coffee, breakfast for a small donation and two speakers will start the new year with a bang. B...
